Kimtracy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, licensed in the state of Virginia and Maryland. Kimtracy received a Master of Education in Learning and Technology and a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University. She completed her ABA experience from Florida Institute of Technology. Kimtracy is currently a doctoral student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology’s Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis program.
Kimtracy is a certified Program for Enrichment and Enhancement of Relationships ( PEERS®) Certified Provider through the Semel Neuroscience Institute at UCLA. PEERS® is an evidence-based social skills program for adolescents and adults with ASD, and is used clinically for youth with ADHD, anxiety, depression and other social challenges.
Kimtracy has received Level 1 Certification in the Promoting the Emergence of Advanced Knowledge (PEAK) curriculum.
Kimtracy has been in the special education and ABA field for over 15 years working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds. She has worked in many roles and many age groups utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Kimtracy has worked in age groups ranging from early childhood, school-aged children, adolescents/young adults, and older adults. Prior to receiving her BCBA, she practiced as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and Behavior Therapist in Illinois and Virginia.
